		<description>Wow, what a scary thought. So much time, thought and planning goes into making a web site great, yet the visitor will decide whether the site is good or not before they can even read a word on the page!

There obviously needs to be some major design research done to determine what factors go into this decision.. naturally colour and shape, but just what combination has what effect? And do different combinations work on different demographics? Hmmmm...</description>

		<description>I agree- a site&#039;s aesthetics must be bang on.  I have lost quite a few potential repeat visitors while working on my .css and should have done it before the site launch.</description>
